On Tuesday, April 14, 7 seniors from Goreville High School were officially welcomed to the Saluki family by Chancellor Austin Lane, Associate Chancellor Wendell Williams, Field Representative Cade Cockburn, and other SIU-C representatives. Their commitment to be a Dawg was marked by an SIU hat presented as they 'put a lid' on their final decision. GHS administration, faculty, and staff are proud of Cash Davis, Claire Ellis, Katie Futia, Katelyn Kelley, Emma Rogers, Tilly Stewart, and Jianna Westerfield for making this next step toward their future.
